2 egg whites
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
4 mushrooms
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper

Recipe Directions for Melissa's Light Omelet

Whisk eggs and milk. Cook on med-low heat in non-stick pan. Once it looks cooked, sprinkle the fillings and fold gently in half. Plate it.
