One is quite enough! Portion control remember. This filling pancake has alot of body and keeps the rear apperature panel running as noted in the original buyer's guide. Use a buttery tasting cooking spray to keep it from sticking.

Recipe Ingredients for Melissa's Famous Oatmeal Pancake

1 egg, whole
2 ounces milk, skimmed
100 grams oatmeal
3 tbs splenda, no calorie
1/4 cup blueberries
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
1 pinch salt
1 cooking spray

Recipe Directions for Melissa's Famous Oatmeal Pancake

  1. five squirts of cooking spray in a pan.

  2. Mix wet ingredients and gradually add the oatmeal until it is well blended. Pour into a pan, it will be quite thick and you will need to spread the batter flat using a fork or spoon. Flip carefully as it is not as bendy, flexy as a usual pancake.

  3. Cook both sides until golden brown. Serve hot with preserves, fruit, and a good strong cup of coffee.
