Recipe Ingredients for Melissa's Chicken Soup

16 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1/4 cup dry ORIGINAL CONVERTED Rice
5 medium Carrots
3 stalks Celery
1 cup frozen Cut Green Beans
0.5 cup Onions
1.5 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
6 cup Soup, Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Melissa's Chicken Soup

Medium heat in pot put on olive oil, garlic and onion. After few minutes add celery and carrots. In separate pan cook cubed chicken. Once cooked add chicken to pot. Deglaze the chicken pan with the broth as it is added and bring to a boil. Add salt, pepper, and 1 tsp of thyme Add rice and bring down to a simmer for 15 minutes. In last 5 minutes add frozen green beans.
