Layers of lasagna noodles, cheese, spinach and beef in Melissa's Marinara sauce and topped with Mozzarella Cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Melissa's Beef Lasagna

4 cups Tomato Sauce
12 ounce ground beef
6 ounces Pasta
8 ounces Ricotta Cheese
8 ounces Spinach, frozen and chopped
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup Mozzarella, shredded
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Melissa's Beef Lasagna

  1. Cook the pasta and drizzle with olive oil. Using a 8x8 casserole dish, place 2 T sauce on bottom. Lay pasta down to cover bottom. Add 1/2 cup cheese. Add 3/4 cup meat and sauce mixture. Repeat 1 more time. Finish with one more layer of pasta, cheese mixture and 2 Tbsp of sauce. Cover with Mozzarella cheese and 2 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is browning and bubbly.
