Mixture of Egg and Vegetables with Salsa and a Flatbread. Yummy and very easy to make. Low Calories. Did I mention Yummy.

Recipe Ingredients for Meli's Favourite Egg Tortilla Breakfast (Low Calorie)

1 tbsp ICBINB! Light (Soft),
1/4 cup onions, chopped very small.
1/2 cup green peppers, chopped.
1/2 cup red tomatoes, chopped .
1 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup Salsa Medium Chunky, (Use mild or hot if you like for less/more spicy taste)
3 small Tortillas

Recipe Directions for Meli's Favourite Egg Tortilla Breakfast (Low Calorie)

  1. Heat ICBINB in frying pan on low-medium.

  2. Add onions and peppers to frying pan and cook for a couple minutes. I leave them half raw.

  3. Add Tomatoes to onions and peppers and stir often for about 3 minutes.

  4. Add Egg Substitute to mixture. Stir.

  5. Add Salsa. Stir.

  6. Now, Stir and Stir. You must stir often as this will stick to your pan some. With this mix you are probably not going to get it to crumble. It's going to be kind of pasty. I stir and cook it for 7-8 minutes.

  7. Now devide into 3 servings.

  8. Spoon mixture into a flatbread and add some salsa or ketchup and enjoy!!
