add tuna, artichoke and garbanzo beans

Recipe Ingredients for melanie's salad

3 cups lettuce
1 green pepper, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup cucumber, diced
1 cup feta cheese
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 tbs vinegar

Recipe Directions for melanie's salad

  1. chop lettuce (romaine preferred)

  2. dice green bell pepper

  3. half the cherry tomatos

  4. dice cucumbers

  5. add items to bowl

  6. pour on feta, oil and vinegar

  7. toss salad together

  8. to make a full mean add white tuna packed in water drained, add garbanzo beans, add artichokes (oil based drained) and heart of palm. this adds fat and calories.
