My homemade lasgna (needs some rework though).

Recipe Ingredients for Melanie's Homemade Lasgna

54 ounces tomato sauce
3 cups pasta sauce
6 oz tomato paste
500 grams of mozzerella cheese, grated
2 cups of mushrooms
1 cup of white onion
2 pounds beef, ground, crumbles
500 grams lasagna noodles

Recipe Directions for Melanie's Homemade Lasgna

  1. Fry beef, set aside.

  2. Fry onions and mushrooms with basil.

  3. In large pot, mix tomato sauce, pasta sauce and tomato paste.

  4. Add beef.

  5. Add onions and mushrooms.

  6. Put a layer of sauce in bottom of lasagna dish.

  7. Put a layer of no-cook noodles on top.

  8. Then another layer of sauce, followed by a layer of cheese.

  9. Repeat this two more times, ending with cheese on top.

  10. Bake according to no-cook noodle instructins (approximately 45 minutes).

  11. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
