You can substitute orange juice for the water. I also use grated lemon zest to spice it up, so to speak.

Recipe Ingredients for Melanie's cranberry bread

3/4 cup water
1 egg
2 cup flour
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup craisins
1/4 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Melanie's cranberry bread

Mix wet ingredients; add dry. Bake at 350 in a small bread pan for 50 minutes or until the top is nicely brown.
