Recipe Ingredients for Melanie's Chicken

4 tsp Ginger Root
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1.5 cup Pineapple Tidbits
3 cup, chopped or diced(140 g) Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 small Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
0.06 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for Melanie's Chicken

Heat oil in skillet with chopped or grated ginger root for about 2 mins. Cube chicken, chop onions and bell pepper. Add 1 can pineapple tidbits (reserving juice), chicken, onions, and peppers. Cook till done. Mix reserved pineapple juice in bowl with 1 tbsp flour. Mix well. Add to cooked chicken. Continue cooking until thickened. Serve over brown rice.
