Thai receipe made with rice noodles and stir fried vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for meifun

200 grams Rice Noodles
125 grams Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 serving Green Onions
1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli
2 serving Coarse Kosher Salt

Recipe Directions for meifun

  1. Soak rice noodles in bolied water for 2 minuts

  2. In a wok on medium-high heat add 2 tbspn of extra virgin olive oil

  3. add long sliced yeloow onions

  4. Add broccli crowns when onion becomes light brown

  5. Stir broccli for 1 min

  6. Add chopped bell pepper and stir for 1 min

  7. Add mushrooms and stir for 30 sec

  8. Add green onions and stir for 1 min

  9. Add 1 tbspn of salt

  10. Add 1 tbspn of red pepper flakes

  11. Rinse noodles and add into vegetables mix

  12. Pour Soy sauce

  13. Stir it well to mix for 2-3 min

  14. Serve Hot
