A protien power pack of soft quiche ike egg mix and what ever vegies you can throw in. Go easy on the ham and cheese and you have the perfect post workout muscle building snack which keeps hunger at bay

Recipe Ingredients for Megsy's Power Vegie Slice

4 large Egg, Whole
62 grams Self Raising Flour
0.25 cup Olive Oil
1 large raw Zucchini
2 medium Carrots
0.66 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
3 cup Spinach
100 grams Ham, Sliced, Regular
100 grams 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Megsy's Power Vegie Slice

Mix wet ingredients; eggs, oil. Grate chop, slice what ever you want to add in to large mixing bowl, tip in flour and season well. Pour in wet ingredients and mix thoroughly but with a light hand. Pour into to lined and greased slice tin and cook at 180c for about 40 mins until a skewer comes out clean. If you find your vegie mix comes out oo heavy, add 1/2 of baking powder next time to lighten it up. Enjoy at anytime.
