Kale, spinach, cabbage salad with other veggies is filling and satisfying. Pair with a lite dressing and add some nuts and you have a nice filling meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Meg's Veggie Salad

2 cups lettuce, shredded
2 cups spinach, chopped
1 cup green cabbage, shredded
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
1 cucumber, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
4 radishes, sliced
2 cups kale, chopped
1 cup grape tomato, halved

Recipe Directions for Meg's Veggie Salad

Chop, slice and dice all veggies how you like them, mix in large bowl. Serving size: approx. 1-1/2 cups.
