Simple dinner of sauted shrimp, broccoli, and brown rice

Recipe Ingredients for Megs Shrimp and Rice Dinner

1 1/2 tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread
10 large shrimp
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup dry brown rice
2 cups broccoli
1/4 tsp dried parsley

Recipe Directions for Megs Shrimp and Rice Dinner

  1. Prepare brown rice according to packages instructions (25 min.)

  2. Cut and steam broccoli.

  3. Melt 1 tbsp butter in non stick pan. Saute shrimp with garlic and pepper until pink through. Add parsley and toss.(Salt to taste)

  4. Combine rice and broccoli, use remaining spread. Add shrimp on top.
