Meg's Pancakes with Maple Syrup and Butter

Recipe Ingredients for Meg's Pancakes with Maple Syrup and Butter

3 tbsp white flour
4 tbsp oatmeal
5 tbsp whole wheat flour
3/4 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup 1% milk

Recipe Directions for Meg's Pancakes with Maple Syrup and Butter

  1. Mix all dry ingredients

  2. Beat egg

  3. Add milk to egg and beat until well blended

  4. Add milk and egg mixture to dry ingredients

  5. Let batter set while preparing pan

  6. Add small amount of Smart Balance to pan and heat it until it is bubbly

  7. Add a ladle-full of batter to pan and cook for about 2 and 1/2 minutes

  8. Turn pancake over and cook for about another minute and 1/2
