Recipe Ingredients for Meg's Granola

4 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Meg's Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 325. Lightly coat a rimmed baking sheet with veg. spray. In a large bowl, stir together oats, almonds, pecans, fruit, coconut cinamon and salt. Set aside.

  2. In a small saucepan combine oil and honey. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.

  3. Drizzle syrup over oat mixture, toss to coat. Spread granola on baking sheet and bake about 25 minutes stirring ocasionally.

  4. Let graola cool completely. Store in airtight container.
