Recipe Ingredients for Meg's chicken burgers of yum

450 g ground chicken
1 large onion
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
2 slices white bread
1 egg white
2 tsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Meg's chicken burgers of yum

  1. Mince or blend onion and garlic until very fine or into a paste

  2. Toast bread; blend into crumbs using Magic Bullet or blender

  3. Mix together chicken, soy, onion, and garlic in a large bowl

  4. Add egg white and bread crumbs, mix thoroughly

  5. Roll meat mixture into palm sized balls; flatten to make patties (makes 4 good sized burgers)

  6. Heat up pan on medium heat, add canola oil

  7. Fry burgers until cooked

  8. Enjoy!
