Every now and then I put on pot of vegetable soup and eat it all day. I do add corn tortillas once in a while

Recipe Ingredients for Meg's All Day Veggie Soup

2 cup Roasted Tomatoes
0.5 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweetpotato
2 cup Spinach
2 cup, chopped Carrots
2 cup, sliced Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
1.5 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
16 oz 100% Vegetable Juice

Recipe Directions for Meg's All Day Veggie Soup

Saute up the onions and celery. Add the carrots and the sweet potato, Roast your tomatos on the grill or buy the cans that are roasted (added salt tho). Add two cups of spinach once it has all cooked down. Crunch up three corn toritllas when you ladel out a cup.
