Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry with soy sauce, chili, garlic, honey and scallion marinade.

Recipe Ingredients for Meggan's Stir Fry with chicken and veggies

10 oz (raw) Chicken
5 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 cup chopped raw Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
8 cup chopped raw Napa Cabbage
1 cup Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Honey
3 tsp Chili Paste
2 tbsp Corn Starch

Recipe Directions for Meggan's Stir Fry with chicken and veggies

Marinade sliced chicken in soy sauce, chili paste, minced garlic, a few pieces chopped scallions, honey, salt and corn starch. Heat 3T oil and cook chicken. Return chicken to marinade. Add 1-2T more oil and cook veggies, beginning with items that take the longest to cook. When veggies are about done, add back the chicken and the marinade. Cook until fully incorporated and sauce begins to thicken. Serve over rice.
