Recipe Ingredients for Megan's Marinara

1 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 can (6 oz) Tomato Products
1 cup Tomatoes
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tablespoon Oregano
2 full glass (6.0 fl oz) Wine, Table, Red
3 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium raw Onion Red
2 tbsp Basil, Fresh
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Megan's Marinara

  1. Cook the onion and the red pepper until translucent in olive oil.

  2. Add the diced tomatoes and the tomato paste.

  3. Add the water and the rest of the oil.

  4. Stir in the red wine.

  5. Add the mushrooms and spices.
