Recipe Ingredients for Megan's Italian Artichoke Pasta

1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
2 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
32 oz Marinara Sauce
2 cloves Diced Garlic
6 tsp Parmesan Cheese
14 oz Pasta
6 oz Artichoke Hearts

Recipe Directions for Megan's Italian Artichoke Pasta

  1. Boil water.

  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper and saute in olive oil until cooked through.

  3. Rest chicken 5 minutes.

  4. Cook pasta.

  5. Add diced garlic to pot, 30 seconds.

  6. Add marinara sauce (recommend sausage blend, but any kind will do) and heat through at medium-low.

  7. Dice chicken and add with artichokes to sauce.

  8. Strain pasta, add touch of marinara, stir.

  9. Serve scoop of pasta and sauce in bowl.

  10. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
