1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
106 grams Mushrooms
40 grams Scallions
4 serving Blue Dragon Light Coconut Milk

Recipe Directions for Megan's Chicken Curry

Seal chicken in hot pan with oil, add curry paste and cook for 5 minutes. Add vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes. Add coconut milk and squeeze half a lime on top. Serve with rice.
