big breakfast w/veggies, meat and omegas

Recipe Ingredients for Mega Breakfast

2 cup frozen Antioxidant Blend
0.13 cup Pink Salmon
1 link Sausage
1 large Mushrooms
0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 egg One Dozen

Recipe Directions for Mega Breakfast

microwave the veggies, meanwhile heat the oil and saute the mushrooms and chicken sausage. then add the veggies, then the egg and stir and cook. turn off heat and add salmon, serve avocado on the side. season to taste.
