Recipe Ingredients for Meesa-Pancakes

3 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1.5 tsp Sodium-Free Salt
9 tsp Baking Powder
9 tsp Sweetener
3 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
116 grams Blue Menu Celeb Margarine Calorie Reduced

Recipe Directions for Meesa-Pancakes

  1. Sift together dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Melt margarine.

  3. Beat eggs, water, milk and margarine with mixer.

  4. Add dry ingredients slowly.

  5. Mix on low for about 2 mins.

  6. Heat griddle to 400 degrees.

  7. Spoon 2 tablespoons onto griddle using a measuring tablespoon for one pancake.

  8. Flip when bubbles burst.

  9. One serving is 2 pancakes.
