Easy and good. Great way to use leftover yogurt sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Meditteranean salad

1/2 cucumber
1 tomato
1/4 cup cooked chicken breast
1/4 cup onion
1/2 clove garlic
1/4 cup fat-free yogurt

Recipe Directions for Meditteranean salad

Chop vegetables and chicken and toss to combine. Chop garlic and mix with yogurt. Add some lemon juice and oregano plus salt and pepper for more flavor. Enjoy
