1 lb. fresh green beans, cleaned & trimmed
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 large tomatoes, diced
1/2 c. olive oil, salt & pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Mediterranian Style Green Beans

  1. Snap beans in half.

  2. Place in saucepan.

  3. Add all other ingredients and mix.

  4. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes or until beans are tender. Serve hot.
