Variation of Olive Tomato Pate from Raw Food Quick and Easy by Mary Rydman

Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranian Nut Pate

1 c walnuts
1 c almonds
1/2 large tomato
1/4 zucchini
1/3 c olives
1 tblsp soy sauce
1 tblsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Mediterranian Nut Pate

Put chopped tomato in the food processor first, then add the remaining ingredients. Process until smooth, adding just enough water for it to turn over. You will need to scrape the sides down occasionally. Taste and add more soy sauce if desired. Makes about 3 cups.
