This is a no-mayo tuna salad that is heavenly for people that love hummus. The garbanzo beans and the tuna complement each other so whell. This recipe packs a lot of calories for its size but it is so delicious and super filling. Enjoy!

2/3 c nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 c tahini
20 oz. tuna, drained
15 oz. garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp cumin
1/4 c red onion, finely diced
