Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranean Tuna Salad


Salad Ingredients:
1/2 tomato, cut into wedges
2 oz reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup red onions, sliced
1/2 red sweet pepper, cut into strips
8 oz Tuna Light in Olive Oil
1/4 cup kalamata olives
10 ounces canned cannelini beans
1/8 head romaine lettuce (torn into bite size pieces)

Dressing Ingredients:
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 tablespoon fresh tarragon, minced
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Mediterranean Tuna Salad

On 2 individual serving plates evenly divide the salad ingredients. In a small bowl whisk together the 5 salad dressing ingredients and drizzle evenly over each salad.
