Recipe Ingredients for mediterranean tuna

2 cans tuna, chunk light in water
1 large tomato, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp capers
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
8 slices bread, honey wheat, nature's own, cubed

Recipe Directions for mediterranean tuna

  1. mix together the first 4 items

  2. pour on items 5 and 6

  3. toss to coat well

  4. place cubed bread in bowl

  5. spoon tuna mixture on top
