Super tasty low fat sub! The recipe says sliced wholemeal bread but this is better on a large wholemeal roll (the program couldn't find 'roll').

Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranean Sub

2 slices bread, wholemeal
1 artichoke heart, marinated, sliced
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 green pepper, sliced
1 cup cos lettuce, shredded
1 tbsp red onion, chopped
25 g low fat cheese, sliced

Recipe Directions for Mediterranean Sub

  1. Grill sliced pepper until charred.

  2. Add pepper and rest of ingredients to a fresh wholemeal roll.
