Easy mayo-free tuna salad with a great deal of flavor.

Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranean Style Tuna Salad

2 lemon+yields lemon yields Lemon Juice
9 oz Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
2 cup Great Northern Beans
5 oz VIGO ROASTED PEPPERS
2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar, Organic
2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
3 tsp Country Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Mediterranean Style Tuna Salad

  1. Whisk together lemon juice, mustard, vinegar, olive oil and pepper in medium sized bowl.

  2. ADD remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.

  3. Serve in a pita, with mixed greens or on a baguette.
