Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranean Style Tilapia and Pasta

411 grams Original Diced Tomatoes
210 grams Marinated Mushrooms
75 grams Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
270 grams Tilapia Fresh Seafood
190 grams Pasta Angel Hair
2 tbsp 67% Buttery Spread
2 tsp Oregano, Ground
3 clove Garlic
2 tsp Parsley, Dried

Recipe Directions for Mediterranean Style Tilapia and Pasta

  1. In large skillet combine tomatoes, mushrooms and black olives.

  2. Simmer 5 minutes. lay tilapia filets in bottom of pan and cover with tomato mixture. Cook 5 minutes, then turn and cook 5 more minutes. Add pasta and toss. Cover and cook 5 minutes.

  3. Add spinach and toss. Cover and let wilt 2-3 minutes.
