Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranean Style Beef Stir Fry

16 ounces of steak
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium yellow squash
2 cups broccoli
1 teaspoon canola oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup italian salad dressing
4 green onions
6 ounces fettuccine, cooked and drained
1 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Mediterranean Style Beef Stir Fry

Thinkly slice feeb across the grain into bite size strips. Heat over medium heat. Set aside. Stir-fry the garlic for 15 seconds. Add squash and broccolip; stir-fry for 6 to 8 minutes or till crisp tender. Remove. Add oil and beef to pan and stiry fry for 3-4 minutes or until desired doneness. Return vegetable to pan. Add cherry tomatoes halved, salad dressing and green onions. Toss to mix. Cover and heat through. Serve beef mixture over hot past. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. WW 7.5 pts.
