Mediterranean spaghetti with squid and spinach

Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranean spaghetti with squid and spinach

100 g spinach, frozen
100 g creamed spinach
100 g squid
20 g onion
5 g basil
5 g garlic
60 g spaghetti
30 g tomato paste
2 g yeast, inactive
10 g olive oil

Recipe Directions for Mediterranean spaghetti with squid and spinach

  1. Cook spaghetti in 1 l of water with some salt.

  2. Defrost / heat spinach meanwhile in microwave oven.

  3. Fry onion in half of olive oil. Add garlic after 2 minutes. Put aside.

  4. Fry squid in the same pan. Put aside.

  5. Heat tomate paste in the pan with some of the spaghetti water. Add spices al gusto.

  6. Decorate all ingredients nicely on a plate with the basil and the yeast or same amount of parmesan. Enjoy!
