Recipe Ingredients for mediterranean spaghetti squash

26 oz spaghetti squash
261 g onion, diced
1 clove garlic
186 g tomatoes, halved
3/4 c reduced fat feta
14 g olives
3 tbs basil

Recipe Directions for mediterranean spaghetti squash

bake squash in oven @ 350 for 40 minutes. saute onion until soft, then add garlic and tomatoes until just warmed. toss with squash, feta, basil and olives. add chili flakes if desired. excellent w/ shrimp enjoy!
