Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranean Salad

3 cups Romaine Lettuce
4 olives Calamata Olives
0.5 plum tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 tbsp Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 tbsp Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.13 cup chopped Red Onion

Recipe Directions for Mediterranean Salad

  1. Place all ingredients except for vinaigrette and cottage cheese in a bowl. Toss well.

  2. Add vinaigrette and cottage cheese. Mix well
