Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranean Potatoe Salad from Olga's Healthy Choice

500 g potatoes
200 g onion
100 g parsley
4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 tbsp olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper
1 chili pepper

Recipe Directions for Mediterranean Potatoe Salad from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. Wash the potatoes properly, boil and drain. After cooled, dice them in 1,5 cm and keep aside .

  2. Slice onion and crumble them with some sea salt in a large bowl.

  3. Add potatoes, chopped parsley and other ingredients and mix properly.

  4. You may arrange the taste of chili and salt to your taste.
