Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranean Pizza

1 whole wheat tortilla
2 tablespoons chopped olives
1/4 cup diced tomato
2 oz. part-skim mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Mediterranean Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Spray cooking spray on a baking sheet and place tortilla on the baking sheet

  3. Spread chopped olives (ideally mixed olive tapenade) on the tortillas

  4. Top with fresh, diced tomato and mozzarella

  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned on top
