Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranean Pasta With Sun Dried Tomatoes & Artichokes

2 oz Organic Brown Rice Pasta
1 serving In Brine Artichoke Hearts
4 oz Sun Dried Tomatoes
2 serving Medium Pitted Black Olives
16 oz Beef, Round, Tip Round
1 clove Garlic
2 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tbsp Sage, Ground
0.5 oz Oregano
1 serving Cooking Spray 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Mediterranean Pasta With Sun Dried Tomatoes & Artichokes

Saute garlic and herbs in cooking spray. Cut meat into thin strips and seer 5-7 minutes or grill until cooked through. Soak sun dried tomatoes in warm water 10 minutes, then cut into small pieces. Rinse, drain and pat dry artichoke hearts then cut into 1/2" pieces. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Add all other ingredients to pasta, stir and serve.
