Great pasta salad for any kind of seafood or chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranean Pasta Salad

4 oz Whole Wheat Penne
1 cup Artichoke Hearts
8 olives Ripe Olives
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
2 oz Crumbled Feta
6 tbsp White Wine Vinegar, Organic
0.25 cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp Pure US Grade A Clover Honey
0.75 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
0.5 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
6 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species

Recipe Directions for Mediterranean Pasta Salad

  1. Mix all dressing ingredients (vinegar through black pepper) in a bowl.

  2. Cook pasta to al dente, set aside.

  3. Chop vegetables to same size and combine with pasta in large bowl.

  4. Add shrimp and dressing and toss gently.

  5. Top with cheese and serve at room temperature.
