Delicious pasta dish that's very good for you! Great by itself or also good served with chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranean Pasta

12 oz rotini pasta
14 oz fat-free chicken broth
2 tbsp flour
2 cups frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 tsp. garlic, minced
15 oz chickpeas, rinsed
1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled

Recipe Directions for Mediterranean Pasta

Cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile, whisk broth & flour in a large pan until blended. Bring to a boil, whisk again, then add spinach and garlic. Reduce head to medium, cover and simmer 3 minutes or until broth is slightly thickened. Stir in chickpeas and olives. Heat through. Drain pasta, return to pot. Add sauce and cheese, toss to mix. Serve immediately.
