Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranean Orzo

8 oz Orzo
1 1tsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Green Olives
4 olives Kalamata Whole Olives
0.25 cup Parsley
2 tsp Garlic
0.3 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
0.25 cup Tomatoes, Sun-dried
3 tbsp, drained Capers, Canned
0.3 cup chopped Red Onion
5 leaves Basil, Fresh
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled

Recipe Directions for Mediterranean Orzo

Cook orzo in water, as with any pasta, until al dente. Slice olives, and dice onions. Finely chop herbs. Combine all ingredients, crumbling the feta.
