Bulgar, tomatoes, parsley, goat cheese. 5 g. protein.

Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranean Grain Salad

0.67 cup Bulgur, Dry
8 oz Grape Tomatoes
1 cup Parsley
2 tbsp chopped Shallots
2 tbsp Vinegar red wine
3 1tsp Olive Oil
2 oz Goat, Soft Type Cheese

Recipe Directions for Mediterranean Grain Salad

  1. cover bulgur with 1 cup boiling water, add salt to taste, cover and let stand 30 minutes.

  2. drain bulgur in cheesecloth or fine sieve, pressing to remove liquid.

  3. Return to bowl;

  4. add tomatoes, parsley, shallot, vinegar, and oil.

  5. Season with S&P

  6. Top with goat cheese
