Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranean Collard Greens

8 cups collard greens, steamed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp soy sauce
2 garlic cloves
1 tbs oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Mediterranean Collard Greens

  1. Bring lightly salted water to a boil in a steamer

  2. Seperate stems from greens and roughly chop

  3. Add collard greens to steamer basket and steam covered for about 7-10 minutes, until tender.

  4. Toss with rest of ingredients and serve.
