Mediterranean style cold chicken pitas.

Recipe Ingredients for Mediterranean Chicken Pitas

20 ounces of chicken
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
1 red onion
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano

Recipe Directions for Mediterranean Chicken Pitas

  1. Chop 5 medium sized chicken breasts into cubes.

  2. Saute in water until thoroughly cooked (I dash in pepper and garlic salt for some flavor). Allow to cool before combining.

  3. Chop cucumber, tomatoes, and onion.

  4. Add apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and oregano to chopped veggies and cooled chicken. Mix well.

  5. Serve chilled in pita pockets.
