Recipe Ingredients for Mediteranean Vegetable wrap

1 oz red peppers
1 oz eggplant
1 oz zucchini
1 oz yellow squash
1 oz carrots
1 oz lettuce
1 oz tomatoes
1 oz red onions
1 flour tortilla
1 oz balsamic vinaigrette

Recipe Directions for Mediteranean Vegetable wrap

  1. Roast peppers, eggplant, zucchini, squash,and carrots.

  2. Lay tortilla shell on counter, then layer all vegetables in wrap.

  3. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over vegetables.

  4. Fold wrap and cut diagonally.
