Recipe Ingredients for Mediteranean Broccoli and Cauliflower

1 head of cauliflower
1 stalk broccoli
30 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Mediteranean Broccoli and Cauliflower

  1. Cut up broccoli, cauliflower into bitesized florets

  2. Add 30 cherry tomatoes

  3. Toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, garlic and salt

  4. Bake in oven (uncovered) for about 30 minutes or until soft
