Simple but delicious meatloaf recipe which I got from Weight Watchers cookbook some years ago.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf (Weight Watcher)

16 oz Laura's 96% Lean Ground Sirloin
8 oz Picante Sauce
0.75 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf (Weight Watcher)

Mix all ingredients together well. Form into a loaf and place into loaf pan. (I also make muffins for individual meat loaves). Place in 350 degree oven and bake for 1 hour for loaf pan (35-45 min for muffin cups).
