1/4 c chopped onion
1 T worcestershire sauce
1 t salt
1/2 t dry mustard
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t sage
1/8 t garlic powder
1/2 c barbeque sauce
1 c peas

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf tweaked from Betty Crocker

  1. combine everything but BBQ sauce and spread into a loaf pan.

  2. Spoon BBQ sauce over the top and bake, uncovered, at 350F for 1-1 1/4 hours.
