A moist and delicious basic meatloaf with fresh veggies. Can substitute breadcrumbs for oatmeal.

Recipe Ingredients for Meatloaf - Rhonda's way

1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, diced small
2 carrots, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. marinara sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. italian bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. All Purpose Seasoning No-Salt Herb Blend
1 tsp. Seasoning Blend Season Salt

Recipe Directions for Meatloaf - Rhonda's way

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Shape into loaf in a loaf pan

  3. Bake for 1 hr. at 375*
